Over the past three years, the Race for Education earned $103,000 for GVES students!!!
 
With 100% of the earnings going to GVES' students, we have bought:
328 Chromebooks
12 Technology Carts (store and charge the Chromebooks)
Equipment for our Live Announcement Studio
Communication Audio Visual for School TV (camcorder, microphone/stand, HD video)
School TV Equipment (Marshall Electronics Encoder/Decoder)
Walkie-Talkies for Teachers (re: student safety)
Music and Physical Education Equipment 
 

Hello GVES Community;

As you know, we had a very successful 2018 Race for Education fundraiser--we reached our $40,000 goal!! 

As a result, the whole school got to celebrate in a very special way--with the help of our fun and supportive principal, Dr. Di Monte.  He was a great sport.

The PTA wanted to share the results of our success,  and our Race fun with the whole GVES community.  Luckily, Kelley Albee, GVES’ Media Specialist, was also a great sport, and quite talented too!  She put together this wonderful video for everyone to enjoy.  Thank you Ms. Albee!  So please watch the video below (see the link) and please send it to all of your family and friends who donated and supported our 2018 Race for Education:
